FAHA Requirements to erect a shed

A Homeowner must first obtain permission from the First Aquarius Homes Association, Inc. ACC Board for approval to erect or install a Shed before applying for a Permit from Montgomery County Permitting Dept.

Just fill out the necessary form(s) and submit to the ACC for approval but remember, the ACC has 45 days to approve your request so figure that in your time frame to meet your needs.
